Reel to Reel Tapes
Reel to reel tapes were marketed
primarily for
audiophiles of the '60's and '70's. 7.5 ips tapes had excellent sound
quality but over the years they develop anomolies such as hiss and
loss of emulsion. Never-the-less, some of the old tapes in this
collection still sound great. The packaging was no-frills. I include
these images because some have altered covers from the LPs of which
most Ventures collectors are familiar.
