I've owned many electric 12-strings over the years including Rickenbacker, Danelectro, and Fender, but the Mosrite Ventures XII is my  favorite. I like Mosrite 6-string guitars strictly for their sound and retro looks and definitely not for their playability (lack of playability IMHO). The Ventures XII is another story in that it is very playable. The neck has a bit more width than a 6-string Mosrite and the action is so low that it plays almost as if it were a six string. This one is all original and has a bit of wear that can be seen on the left side of the body below.
